THE VOICE

Now, for the most powerful tool connected to our bodies—the Voice.
This is a big one.

The Voice is another channel into—and out of—your Body and Mind.  The sound your body makes—the way you hum—is a representation of how you feel.

The Emotions are directly linked to the Voice.  When we speak—really a Hum laced with words, and articulated with syllables that curl themselves around the sound we make—it’s for our feelings to resonate into the world.

Remember, the Voice is a channel—a pathway—that carries your spirit into your environment.  Whatever animals, people, and spirits gravitate to your sound is based on how you soundmeaning your Voice can carry things back to you, as well.

Think of the high-pitched chatter—usually the sign of someone very nervous.  A loud bark over every one else’s talking is extreme insecurity—and the need to be heard now!  The soft spoken one is either very shy or very full of themselves—the latter having no need to put the effort to be heard, compelling others to lean in closer.  A calm, slow speaking person is either very calm and grounded, or very calculated and controlling.

Happiness shows in someone’s Voice—and so does anger.  Anxiety can be heard, undeniably, in the tone of the human voice, as well as sexuality and seductiveness.

Compassion—or understanding—has its own unique tone in the Voice—as well as patience—or the lack of.

Sing when you can.  Sing in the shower.  Hum.  Use your voice so it does not die.
Open your mouth and say awwww…

Now pucker your lips and hum Ooooo…

Then seal your lips together and really hum.
mmmmm
...

Awww…Ooooo…mmmmm…

Hum it one more time.
This exorcise takes less than a minute.

Awww…

Ooooo…

mmmmm…

As you practice these three sounds, connect any pauses you have with the hum.  It should sound like one, long tone.

Awwwoooommmm…

As you continue exorcising your voice—releasing your tension, your expectations, your stagnations, your fears and your vices—make each syllable longer.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww…

Ooooooooooooooooooooooo…

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm…

Remember, always, to breathe in through your nose before humming.  Make sure you have full lungs before humming, and watch your breath—very slowly exhale out your Mouth.

For those of you who talk constantly—you have more on your mind in need of expression than anyone you know—it is time for you to rest your voice.

Do these humming practices, and then rest.  Sing softly; but do not talk.  Rest your voice, so you do not wear it out—or wear us out.

Then tighten and move your muscles...
lift a book...
crawl...

see the blood running through your veins, strong and awake...

if you are in need of a meal chew, chew, chew

then observe the channels that lead into your brain—
Eyes, Ears, Nose, Third Eye...

see your nostrils and sniff…
take your breath into your stomach and turn it into a light show…

tighten your butt cheeks…

shake your hands…form a ball...

stand on your feet and activate your toes…

go scan the outside,
then take a walk in it...

And every time you exhale, imagine all your Fears, Tears, Pains and Enemies are being evacuated with the old air.

You should be feeling your Power by now.
