SECTION III
magic
This is where it all begins—the wisdom of the lessons. All children, all students, and all spiritual practitoners understand the necessity of the lessons, for they are what makes us work.
If we do not work, we do not function—much like a car. If you want the motor to work, you must work it—run it.
The secret to the lessons is practice, and it is so very simple.
If you want to get your mind and body into shape, you must practice. Once you’ve acquired the knowledge imparted from the lessons—whether they be lessons in life, lessons in school, lessons from God, or lessons in magic—you will become capable, strong, skilled, professional— honest, informed and savvy—confident, balanced, focused, and wise.
(What a nice list of things to be!)
But the most amazing thing these exercises can do is bring you Calm, once and for all, where Vices no longer rule you.
We all have individual lessons to draw from life, but most of us have the same basic lesson to learn—and that is the one that teaches us how to be Calm, and how to remain calm.
In SECTION III, the lessons are very basic, effortless guides that take only moments to practice. If you can Will your mind to stay Focused, then continue reading the words conveyed in these lessons—read slowly—and practice their advice each day. In time, you will find a new sense of worth, a value you’ve been overlooking, and a humor at the insanity of it all.
And be cool as a cucumber.
SMILE!
