NOSE

Ya can’t miss that sucker!  There it sits—protrusion in state—like a hill popped out of the ground, sloping, and holding data, with a straight line to oxygen.

Besides keeping you alive—by being the tunnel into which The Pulse pumps Air—it can also protect you by detecting undesirable places.  Our Instincts get information through the senses, the sense of smell being huge.

Do this exorcise very slowly and steadily. Be so calm it makes you wonder.

Sniff!  Do it hard, and do it clean.  If your nostrils are clogged, crooked, or in any way impeded, you will have to be very gentle and slow with your inhalation.

Pull in as much air as you can through your nose.  Be deliberate about it.  If your nose is not responding well—if you can’t breathe through it—then trickle it in.  Be slow and thoughtful.

Watch the air as it enters, and notice the force as it cuts sharply—when you suck on the atmosphere with your nostrils.

When you breathe out—when it is time to exhale—you can be less vigorous, but for the entering of your oxygen, practice gulping it in volumes.

If you get dizzy, you are out of control with it.  Do not hyperventilate, but ventilate.  Watch the air and experience the rush it creates against the inside of your nostrils.  Watch it as it expands and fills your skull—it should burst lightly—as it opens your ear canals.

Without oxygen you will die.  Oxygen, when it comes in through the nostrils, is forced to slow down—as the channels inside the nose are not very wide.  (Certainly not as wide as the mouth.)

Because nostril air moves relatively slow, it has the power to calm you, for slow is usually calm.

To heal ourselves from Fear and Addiction it is imperative that we calm down.  This is how we are going to do it—by breathing

As you learn the life and power of forced breathing through your nose, your head will begin to awaken, and eventually you will be able to see everything.  You will ignite so much power in your head that it will flow over your shoulders and into your chest.  You will feel it in your spinal column—all the way down to your tail bone.  Your butt cheeks should vibrate with it.

This is your life force—oxygen.  You need it—lots of it!  It can recharge you and alleviate your pain.

As it stirs things up inside of you—moves the gravel around so you can see beneath where the soil resides, so to speak—Openings are created.  Old stuff gets released—stagnant things that have not seen the light for a long time.  As these toxic memories and remedies start to rise to the surface, more  room is made for the light to enter.

Keep breathing.  Do it in the car—suck that air in!  Feel it charge your brain cells—for it is charging them.  Do it when you are walking.  Sniff long and purposeful.  Do it now.

Do it first thing in the morning.  Sniff hard and sniff with determination.

Sniff like you mean it, as if you are trying to smell the air for signs of friendliness or hostility in your environment.

The animals do it, and we have the same powers that they have—and then some!

The nose is a phenomenal tool and weapon.  It knows things.  It can perceive the sublime and the subliminal.  It has circuitry that enables us to retrieve data from our environment, but it will not work if we are not working it.

Like the engine in your car, folks!  Your nose is the engine to your brain, and it needs to run—with oxygen, not nasal drip!

Practice breathing—suck in the oxygen the best you can—as many times a day as you can.  Just do it.  Nobody else cares if you need to “clear” your nose for a few moments.

And every time you exhale, imagine all your Fears, Tears, Pains and Enemies are being ecavuated with the old air.

Now, tighten your butt cheeks, rejuvinate your imaginary basket ball, clutch with your talons and get outside for a walk!
