MUSCLES
Now that you have become acquainted with your Blood, notice where it travels. One of the most important places it goes to is our Muscles.
It is imperative that you work your muscles, awaken them, and give them life. They cannot benefit from your wonderful airwaves, and your conscious chewing, if they are not regularly being moved.
Stand up and stretch your toes—step around and loosen your heels, arches and ankles—then go find a short step. If there are none, a thick book—not a phone book, it’s too soft—will suffice.
Step onto the book with your right foot.
Move slowly.
Then step down, and step back up again—using the same foot. As you step onto the platform, notice what your leg muscles are doing. Touch your thigh muscle and get a “read” on it. Does it feel strong? Is it working hard?
Then step back down. Repeat the same side until you get a feel for your foot, ankle, calf, shin, thigh and glutes—this is a great time to exorcise by tightening your posterior. (Your Butt Cheeks!)
Now the left foot. Step up, and step down. Pay Attention to your muscles and keep breathing. Keep repeating the same side.
Now take the same book and lift it over your head, with your hand, then back down.
Lift it out to the side, then back down.
Lift it to the front of you, then back down.
Continue lifting the book in all three directions. Any new directions you discover, more power to you.
Repeat again with the other hand.
Pay attention to your fingers, hands, arm muscles, and shoulders. Notice how the muscles strive on your back, as well.
On all fours, try crawling. This is a great exorcise. Do what the children do. See in your mind what your muscles are doing, as they carry you around the room. Be very careful to watch where your hands and knees are placed. There maybe—most likely is—some unexpected, tiny object on the floor or carpet, in position to stick you.
If you are hindered, then perhaps you can find someone to help you move your muscles. If nothing else, contract them from the inside—by tightening them and then releasing them. Do the butt-cheek-squeeze in all your muscles. Don’t clench too hard—we don’t want to bring on any Charlie horses.
Then feel your Blood as it streams through your veins...
if you’re going to eat chew, chew, chew...
notice the power spots in your brain—Eyes, Ears, Nose, and third eye—and keep breathing your oxygen...
fill your stomach with light...
tighten your butt cheeks...
shake your hands
and form your energy ball...
stand on your feet
and grip with your toes...
then walk outside and scan.
And every time you exhale, imagine all your Fears, Tears, Pains and Enemies are being evacuated with the old air.
You are loved.
