FEET

Feet on the ground, people, get your feet on the ground!  Know where your tootsies are planted—so you stumble as little as possible.

The bottoms of your feet are activated by gravity, and the electrical charge of the planet.  They are interconnected— your soles and the earth.  By using them —working your feet like you’d work the engine of your car—you can increase the charge taking place between your soles, and the land.  And when you land, as from a jump or a fall, do it gracefully—imagine slow motion.

Imagine your feet are the spark plugs, and the land is the fuel necessary to start the sparks.

As the energy that is you Bleeds through your system, your feet will fill with a mighty big flow—after all, they’re at the lowest end of your body—as all fluids flow toward the lowest point.
The constant flooding of energy into your feet can be powerful enough to bounce you—into a dance or a run.  Many people are powered by their feet, whether they are aware of these appendages or not.

Every time you stand or walk, observe the sensation of your soles.  (If they hurt, you may need to soak them or massage them—then imagine they are feathers floating, gently tingling with life.)

Then stand on them.

Pay very close attention to your Toes.  Like our relatives, the apes, our toes are very powerful.  Inside those little digits is complete balance.

Move them around.  Make sure your shoes are not tight when you do this.  Better, yet, go barefooted.

Now take a step.  Make one deliberate step, and notice how your heel hits the floor—notice how the arch and the ball hit.

Then notice your toes, and curl up on them at the end of your step.

Stand on your Toes.  Walk on your Toes so you can feel how powerful they are.  They are like talons.  Imagine these tiny little things carrying your weight like it’s nothing.
And they’re yours, right there at the end of your feet.

In this exorcise, we are going to learn how to maneuver our Toes.
Stay on your toes for as long you can, walking.  Pay attention to how the ball interacts with your talons.  Separate these cute little digits like a monkey and wiggle them around.  When they land on the ground, pretend they are claws, with accurate sharpness through the nails.  Imagine your toes can clutch the way your fingers can, then take a chunk of pavement, or cement, or carpet when you walk.  Empower your feet, for they are doing a ton of work for you.

When you are ready, walk out the door, scan your surroundings, and take a walk.  (You can get off your toes, now…
and smile!
