BUTT CHEEKS...


You sit on those globules, and are quite happy about it, aren't you?  (Unless Illness has a hold of you, your buttocks are probably one of your favorite resting places. If it is painful to sit try acupuncture, or chiropractic care.)


These mounds of muscle, cellulite, huge billowing bundles of fat, or baggy skin—whatever the case may be—are loaded with Strength.

Strength is very important, if you want to survive and live in self-reliance—no diapers in old age, please!



 

 

 

 

Whether you are standing, or sitting, practice squeezing your butt cheeks together, tightly.

Then let them soften.

Tighten them again.


Let them soften, again.

Breathe slowly, and keep tightening.
Do this as many times as you can.
Every day.
All Day.

Every time you take a step, or squat, or bend, or lift, or reach over your head, tighten your butt in toward your pelvic. 

Do not hold your breath.

Let the air gush in.

Soften the move immediately after you’ve had a tight squeeze.
Have awareness on your toosh, and practice squeezing strength into it—Will Power your lower half.   

Let’s face it, we can’t carry the upper body very well, if we don’t have Strength in the lower body.

Now, shake your hands,
and hold an imaginary ball...
stand on your feet—stand on your toes
go scan the outside...
then take a walk in it.
